By booking a massage with Waves Thai Remedial Massage ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a safe and professional experience for all clients.

2. Health & Medical Disclosure

Every new client is required to complete a Confidential Health History Form before receiving assessment and treatment. Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and current symptoms before treatment. If your health status changes, you must inform us before your next session. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client’s health condition is deemed unsuitable for massage therapy.

3. Informed Consent & Treatment

Your full consent is required for the therapist to observe, palpate, and treat each part of the body as needed. It is not the role of the therapist to diagnose illness or prescribe medication unless they are specifically trained and qualified to do so. Clients have the right to stop treatment at any time and should communicate any discomfort during the session.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. You can cancel or reschedule anytime before the appointment time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid disrupting other appointments.

5. Payment & Gift Vouchers

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before their expiry date.

6. Code of Conduct

Clients must behave respectfully towards staff at all times. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service. We provide a professional massage service. Any inappropriate requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Liability & Safety

While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from massage treatment. Clients should follow post-treatment care recommendations provided by the therapist.
