1. Introduction

By entering this giveaway, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The giveaway is run by Waves Thai Remedial Massage ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Waves Thai Remedial Massage and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, submit your name and email via our online entry form. Phone number and postcode are optional. One entry per person. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from 3 March 2025 to 27 March 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5. Prize

The prize is one (1) massage gift voucher valued at $95. The voucher is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be randomly selected within 1 day of the giveaway closing. The winner will be notified via email. If no response is received within 4 days, we reserve the right to select another winner.

7. Use of Personal Information

By entering, you consent to receive emails related to the giveaway and occasional promotional messages from us. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the giveaway.

9. Changes to the Giveaway

We reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
